I like this a lot, but what would be the difference between department of justice and department of internal affairs?

DoJ: Responsible for the enforcement of the law and administration of justice, equivalent to the justice or interior ministries of other countries.
DoIA: A division of a law enforcement agency(PD, FBI, CIA) which investigates cases of lawbreaking by members of that agency.

Hope that helps. :D

In that sense putting this to RRP standards, ministry of justice would be the court?

Yeah, which is the court because I can't think of any other ideas. Great idea.

If it includes court, technically it is inconstitutional to have executive commanders (Clark and David in PD) working in the judicial branch as well. You'd have police giving verdicts on their own cases.

Judges are going to be independent of gangs and services. Once my internet starts working for long enough for me to actually do something about it.
