No. Unoffiicals need a reason to be official, I'd support scaling back what unofficials get in order to make them want to be official.

It's a controversial  topic.
As I stated before, unofficials should not have the ability to participate in turf wars. They barely have anything to work for anyway. They already have headquarters and the ability to /equip that other unofficials back in the day would have to beg for. So no, at least give them something to work for.

I Think it should be allowed if a Official Gang comes to an un-official Gang's "Hood" They Should be able to fire back, and keep your "Hood".
