Suggestions / Peer-to-peer car rental

This is in essence quite a simple idea based on companies like https://relayrides.com/.
Car owners should be able to rent out their own cars to other people. Other people will then be able to rent that car for a fee.

Commands involved:
/setrentable car
/setcarrent (amount)

Between 3 and 10 percent of the fee will go to one of the car rental bizzes (to be created). These businesses can set their own fees between the defined limits. Having multiple businesses prevents a monopoly situation.

Bugs / Skin changes do not save

Importance of the bug (low/medium/high): High
Explanation of the bug: Skin changes through clothes shops do not save. The skin is reset upon death or relog. Other people are unable to see your skin change, and still see your old skin.
Where is the bug (for example /help; PD commands)?

Howdy.

Currently, drug smuggler uses one single transportation vehicle to get drugs and transport them back to Los Santos. This creates problems: people camping airports with their planes and stuff. Also, with the new inventory system coming up, drugs can show up in the inventory window so that cops or competing drug runners can potentially intercept drug runs. That is notoriously difficult when they fly planes.

So, I propose three types of pickup points:
- Plane pickups (as it is now),
- Boat pickups (located at places like SF docks)
- Car pickups (located at abandoned buildings around SA).

The server randomly chooses a pickup point, so drug smugglers will not be able to wait in the correct vehicle in advance. If this is implemented, there should also be multiple drop-off locations to prevent camping of other drug smugglers or cops.

In development, we had a tram bot driving around. I miss it, I want it back.

It takes like 50 runs to get decent at skydiving. I suppose the fee should be lowered from $5000 to about $500 or so.

Rewards can be increased. It should not only be based on fee amount by players. Now, people don't care about the prize anymore, because its such a tiny amount.

Suggestions / New Gang Mission: Drugs Runner Extravaganza

Considering the tiny amount of possibilities for gangs, I suppose we could add something. Here's the general idea.

Every gang with an HQ will have a truck (Roadtrain) spawn in (or near) their HQ. They can use this truck to get drugs from certain drug warehouses around San Andreas, which they will have to transport to a location in San Fierro. The drugs will be in a trailer attached to the truck. Other gangs can try to capture these drugs by capturing the trailer. The trailer can be de-attached by crashing into it, or by damaging the truck until a certain amount.

Reward: Delivering gang will get a certain amount of gang experience, as well as a monetary award (will go to gang bank.)


Optional: Cops can try to capture the drugs as well.

So yeah, the assist criminals option in PDA doesn't save. Kinda annoying to have to turn it on constantly.

Yesterday, I /parked my car. Today I used /towcar and it says I didn't park my car and therefore lost it.
